Updated VHSL Physical Form: The new VHSL Physical Form (dated April 2025) is available from the GMS Athletics home page (click here).  

Optional Summer Reading: Students who choose to do the OPTIONAL summer reading tasks can earn up to two quiz grades at the start of next year in their English class. Rising 6th through 8th graders should look at the first two pages of the PDF file. Rising 9th graders should look at the last four pages of the PDF file for high school information. Summer reading is for all students who would like to participate. More information can be found by clicking here.
